When We Consider Refund Requests
Refund requests are only considered under the following circumstances:

- Verified Issue: The issue has been verified by our technical team as a genuine product defect and not related to user environment, configuration, or usage.
How to Submit a Refund Request
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above:

- Include your order number, email address, and license key
- Provide a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing
- Include any relevant screenshots, error messages, or logs
- Our technical team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Upon refund, your license will be immediately deactivated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the free trial before purchasing
- Issues caused by user's system configuration or environment
- Incompatibility not mentioned in product requirements
- Subscription renewals (please cancel before renewal date)
- Requests made after 14 days from purchase
- Abuse of the refund policy
Payment Security
We do not collect or store your payment information. All payments are securely processed through PayPal and Stripe. Any refunds will be processed through the same payment provider used for your original purchase.
